Invitation to the Members' Annual General Meeting 16th of December 2019

Dear members and friends of the association,

We would like to invite you to the yearly full membership meeting of the association KAJO e.V. The meeting will take place on Monday, 16 December at 18:00 PM in the premises of the German Red Cross (Laiblinstegstraße 7, 72622 Nuertingen) on the ground floor.
We would be very happy about numerous shows. Please report back to me when you attend the meeting. If you are not in Nuertingen, you can attend the session via Skype. In oder to do so please contact me as well.

• Appointment of chairperson and secretary
• Status quo of the association
• Review 2019
o Participation in the Ethiopian seminar in Kassel
o Ethiopia Journey Johannes
o Development of cooperation with other clubs
o New team member: Niklas
• Cash report 2019 and discharge of treasurer
• Plans and activities for 2020
• Establishment of annual membership fees for 2020
